    That would be easier I am sure, but I am ready to get this thing cycling and dont have the cash to do it over right now, unless you guys know a way to ungle PVC...lol.

    I dont mind the extra effor it will require to do it over later, plus I am sure the inside of the overflow will need some maintenance at some point. I figure just drane the overflow, give it a clean, install new bulckheads and replumb.
