    I think your SG might be a tad bit high.

    1. do you use a refractometer or swing arm plastic dohickeythingamabobber?

    2. I'd lower my SG to around 1.023-1.024

    3. Ever feel a tingle when you put your hand in the water where you might have a cut?

    4. How did you acclimate the fishies?

    5. pH needs to come up to 8.2-8.3

    6. What all do you test for?

    i used a swingarm plastic do hickey from Instant Ocean...

    i opened up my windows to try to raise the pH...

    acclimated the fishes by drip method for an hour...

    Ammonia = 0
    Nitrates, Nitrites = 0

    any other easy ways i can raise pH?

    ok i got an update.. i guess they didn't like the dry foods so i bought some frozen brine shrimp and one of the clowns was stuffing it's face but the other didn't eat at all... they were together in their favorite enclosure in the live rock... i also noticed a long clear white film in the shape of string coming from the other clown that wasn't eating.... anybody might know whats up with the non-eating clown???

    McKoscker’s Flasher Wrasse

    cooked baking soda raises both dKH and pH. cook it @ 400 for 2 hrs, let it cool, put in air tight container. 1tsp/50gal.

    retest your dKH and Ca, i bet there different. i keep my Ca 500, dKH 25, Mg 1500

    pH?
