I use to be like you, except with a black tang. I thought I was god and thought I could control when it could die or heal it's wounds.

sorry about your obvious problem Tbstr3 - its a very sad and frustrating experience for you

I cant see the video , but I can certainly trust Incognito's appraisal of the situation

for any other contributors to this thread
please follow Incognito's example of diplomacy and dont make it a "company" flaming session

I am sorry that you are having such a bad time and I am really sorry that you will most likely loose that fish, if you haven't already. You really should never buy a fish from any store unless you see it eat first, especially one that eats live foods. If you stick to this rule you will have allot less trouble. Reason I say this is that fish looks as if it had not eaten for quite some time, its really skinny.

You also might want to consider looking into buying stuff from Live Aquaria, which is Foster and Smiths Fish and Coral outlet, Allot of their stuff comes from right there in Rhinelander Wisconsin, The best part is the fact that they have a 14 day arrive alive and stay alive Guarantee. You could buy several fish at a time help cut shipping costs, or is there any other reefers in your area, maybe you could get one interested in doing a group buy.

I agree on teh assessments for the rest. that poor fish was doomed from the time you looked at it. always witnessa fish eat before purchaseing it. that said, as far as a good place to get fish, Live aquaria has facilities in Wisconsin. I know for a fact that they allow local pickup as well. that might be teh best option or have them delivered to your house.
