    wouldn't use the drip method on anything shipped. I would float them for 10 minutes then dump them in.


    COME ON.. no way. you need to slowing bring down the levels of the water, or you will shock the fish. goto any of the web sites that ship fish, they ALL strongly reccomend you take ~ 3 hrs to transition the fish. I only buy on line.. I would never just dump the fish in.. unless you want to be buying new one (if ya got extra money to thow away.. can ya send me some).

    do as you want, but I would not dump them in

    Once when I bought a fish from a local LFS the owner who is in the business for like 40 years told me to just float and drop it in. I did and it made it but to be honest I forget what fish it was.
