    Ive been working in the aquarium hobby/business for 15 years and have been stung by lionfish 13 times over the course of the years and I honestly did NOT think that any time was any worse than the 1st or 2nd or 3rd, It may depend on the person but I was never worried about any of them being "life threatening" at all
