Got some more work done on the stand today. It's a 75g stand, so I added some 2x4's to beef it up a little. I added three 2x4's. One on the bottom, one on the top and one in the middle to each side.

The 2x4's will be painted black then waterproofed.

Very nice scape. Lots of shelves and overhangs. The 2 island with the bridge will allow for good flow and swimming room. What are you thinkin in terms of livestock/corals.;)

For corals I am planning on having mainly SPS higher up on the scape and some softies (zoas, rics, ect...) on the lower halfs. I will also have a torch, hammer, and I love finger leathers. So I will have one of those.

My stocking list will include a scooter blenny, Yellow Banded Possum Wrasse and Cling fish. Not really sure what else. I would love a Flame angel, but not sure if I want to take the risk of it destroying my corals. Oh, and I will be placing an order with Reef cleaners of course!

Just caught up on this thread 4phish

    excellent looking aquascape IMHO
its interesting, provides great coral location positions
and its not a tank full of rock or the typical rock wall (Like I have LOL)

This will look really good when it starts being colonised with live stock

I bought a 40 breeder for a sump and was thinking what a great dt it would make. Oh the money i could be saving. Your tank is looking real nice. BTW i have a flame angel and he doesn't bother coral but is definitely the bully of the kingdom.

Thanks Steve! I def. took my time with this scape and I love how it turned out.

Radar, I am glad you have had success with your flame. It's a beautiful fish and would be a great center peice fish for my tank. How long have you had your flame?
