So my tank crashed last week and i decided to restart it from scratch because i think my old rocks were leaching. I love the look of MarcoRocks and heard their customer satisfaction has gone wayyy up. So i went off and ordered 100 pounds of it for about 250 shipped. I live in California so my first question is does anyone from the west coast who has ordered marco rocks know when theyre gonna come? If anyone could give me a 1-2 day estimate that would be great. My next question is about the preparation. I rushed into my first reef setuo and it cost me big time. How should i prepare these rocks? I am on an extremely tight budget. Thanks in advance for all the help.

    1. I dont know about the shipping for the rocks...
    2. Go about the preparation as you would with any other rocks. You can lay them out on the floor to get an idea for your aquascaping. Put the large sturdy rocks on the bottom (bottom of the tank, not just on the sand) and then build up from there. If you are scared about a collapse, glue or dowel rods can be used for stability. Once they are in the tank you will probably have a cycle (even if its a mini-cycle) so you will have to wait till this is done or else your fish will be really susceptible to disease from the ammonia and excess stress. Once you params have settled then livestock can be added. *** ive learned: do it right the first time so you dont have to do it a second time... plus its cheaper to spend extra time or money now instead of double the time/money later

Does Marc normally give tracking numbers right away? I still dont have one and my only email is the order confirmation.
