Ya this is general, but im sitting here thinking after drinking a little. (Knocks on wood) I have been battling red cyano for about a month now. As much as im mad about this, im actually quite happy. Ive been keep my other param's in check and managed to keep all my fish 2 occ's clowns and sailfin tang alive over this course and trying to get this under control. I know alot of you are saying thats easy but for a noob thats been setup since april, this has been a huge achievement for me. All my corals are alive and thriving even though the cyano is a plage on my tank. My corals are xenia, polyps, kenya tree, fuzzy carpet mushrooms. These have all doubled in size since ive got them about a month ago. I just wanted to talk to you guys and your achievements you have made but wanted to pass my good fortune onto you guys.

    Reef on everyone; Reef on~!

:) ya but i wanted to say my happiness since all my creatures are still alive/fat/healthy. So I guess I cant complain since they all looking good and in reality I would rather deal with the cyano than have my fishies die.

Ok, well i got 1 story.
I just recently moved my entire setup from old house to new. Tear down of the system and setup time took me about 10 hours. I had ALL my livestock in a 20gallon tote. Everything, Corals, Inverts, Fish.
Had all my Lr in a seperate container, just wraped in wet newspaper.
Well...... I didnt get all my fish out apparently. My Psuedochromis hid down inside one of my LR's. I found him after i was done sitting back up.
BUT this is only 1 loss in 10hrs time. I believe i did really good.

On another note just found this on craigslist!!!!!!!!

If its drilled out i am totally buying it in the morning!!!

From the looks of it, ya it does, looks like 2 drains. LOL lucky *******, im looking at getting myself a 90g long here by next summer to let my sailfin have some more room. I swear I love that fish. Im glad hes a juvie and will last for a year till I upgrade and if not ill let a local friend keep him for a bit. Im so glad I didnt get a hippo or yellow since thats all I see. Yet there are nice looking fish.

Lol o ya, another knock on wood. I have yet to get any ich woot. I think its cuz I followed tangster accimilation by just placing them in a bucket with lfs water and equal amount of tank water then ever so gently picking them up and placing them into the tank. They werent scared and my tang tore up some nori like 30 mins after chilling in the tank. TANGSTER you are the man
