    I use to be able to. Then I re-aggravated a rotator cuff injury and could barely lift my arm above my shoulder. The net my wife got lazy and now a fat ******* haha. But I'm trying to get back into it now. I wanna loose all this weight before I hit 30 lol

    I do 12 ounce curls a couple nights a week. Not much into exercising, get enough of that at work every day. Its like 12 hours of weight lifting and speed walking put together.

    The most I've ever tried to bench was 140 and that was no problem. I'm definitely going to start doing it more :)

    Right on! Its so awesome to set goals and then crush them! Never feel better then after a good workout! except when i push myself to hard and feel like i wanna ralph! lol

    Very true! It really feels great :) I do Jiu Jitsu and Muay Thai and they have a whole weight room there. I'll probably start using that.

    Awesome! I used to talk MMA classes. Was fun to beat people up. One hell of a cardio work out! Had a few asthma attacks to say the least... lol
