    I've been eating really healthy since 7th grade as well, although a few months ago I started eating junk food, but now I'm back on track :) I run as much as I can before I feel like I need my inhaler: Usually about a mile or so. I do eat breakfast, which used to be cereal, but has lately been 2-3 eggs with salt and pepper. I've been eating salads that I make myself every morning. The problem is, I don't know what would be some good healthy options for dinner :-/

    FISH! FISH! FISH! salmon, tuna!
    TAKE FISH OIL PILLS!(joint,brain,heart health, and fat loss) Best supplement you can take!
    CHICKEN!
    any red meat has good protein, but also fat, but its good fat!
    you dont want trans fat, and limt saturated fat intake.
    brown rice is a good filler
    vegetables! any and all
    fruits are good 2 but have a lot of sugar

    NO SODA/JUICE! ONLY drink water! Gallon and a half a day! water in=water out which helps get all the bad stuff out of your system!
    And drink a glass of water before you eat dinner, it will help to trick you into thinking you are full.

    I clean bulk, meaning I eat a lot! 6 meals a day, but high protein low carb/fat/sugar foods.

    Thanks for all the advice! I do take fish oil pills every day. I'll definitely start cooking fresh fish as well. I love chicken as well. I usually grill or bake it. I haven't had any rice in a while. I usually saute vegetables with olive oil and a bit of low sodium soy sauce. I'm about to make some edamames right now. I drink TONS of water, but sometimes I'll have some homemade lemonade or iced tea, but I'll cut that out as well. The thing I hate most about this is temptation. Is there any way to fight that?

    Haha man temptation is the worst! Stupid McDonalds shamrock shake. Kept seeing those commercials and finally gave in last week. Felt terrible after. Never again. Lol just not worth it. But look at it this way, its a life style. Not just a "IMA try this for a month". If you live healthy and cheat once in a while its no biggie. Unless your trying to be a professional body builder. It just takes commitment and time and you can look how ever you want. Cheating occasionally is fine tho ;) lol
