Just making sure for those of you using the SpectraPure's, the blue hose is the filtered water and yellow is the non-filtered? The yellow spits out at least twice as much water than does the blue. Just making sure I'm using the correct water. Thanks.

It better be more than twice as much.
Follow the directions that came with the filter and measure the good and waste flows then trim the capillary tube flow restrictor if needed for a 4:1 waste ratio. This is very important as the waste ratio is what keeps the membrane flushed and working properly.

The title of his thread mentions the MaxCap which is the first one in the flyer and the Cadillac of all RO/DI systems. The next one the CSP-DI is also a very very good reef quality RO/DI with a few less features and the third one is an RO only system without DI.

Yes, I just got the cspd 90 and I had to modify the capillary tube to get 4:1 ratio. Mins was initially 2 times more waste than pure. Now you can tell by the flow and the numbers that it's a 4:1
