not to sure how much i agree with that list. I dont consider any sps easy or recomended for a beginner. I did notice it also missed xenia, which is weed like and stupidly easy.

LOL!!! Gotta admit. I have not had luck with Xenia. I am on my third batch of pulsating Xenia and it is not looking well. Did for a bit after I put it in the tank, but now? Nope. Steady decline. If this batch goes, I am going to wait a solid year before trying again.

Yes, yes....Xenia are not regarded as easy, they can be, but as many have discovered they are not. We mustn't go by our limited realm of just our tank. The list was compiled by "experts" and I trust their assessment.

The list is fairly accurate, even though zoos and mushies are repeated a few times, yes palythoa and protopalythoa are TECHNICALLY different to most hobbyists they are the same. Montipora capriconis is easy, I've seen them flourish under PC's. I would have added caulastrea and most likely blastomussa but thats me.

I also have had issue with xenia, I can keep anything else but xenia always dies. System must be too nutrient poor I guess....
    Nice find jed

Thanks, I have some of these. I think they should have put in frogspawn, my first coral. It has been very easy and now has two heads.
