ok, update - I'm at 3/4 full dose - I got to it later than I had planned so we'll see.....Live stock seems fine (knock on wood) Nitrates are at about 50 or so...will be doing another water change this weekend.....

 

You might want to hold off on the WCs until the cycling is done with the BPs, that way you will know if its the BPs that did the trick or if it was the WCs.

The info I had gotten with BPs is to leave your system alone til they have finished cycling (4-8 weeks)

Not that I'm questioning you az, but I would like to see if the WC recommendation is also recommended by others using pellets......
