Just walked in on something very suprising!!

I bought a Green Bubble Tip Anemone about a week ago and it finally found a spot, for now, that it likes. I walk into the room and see this happening!

I've had these clowns for almost a year now and they are tank raised which makes it even more amazing! Only one is doing it and not often but it just started! I am so excited! I hope the other starts to host it as well!

No worries! Is it nature for one clown fish, out of the mated pair, to host it or will they both eventually do it?

 

They both should but I've seen my male get kicked to the couch several times.

 

The second fish, if it's bigger, will usually be farther away from the anemone than the smaller clown. That's the way my true percs act towards my torch coral; the small one is always bundled up in the tentacles, but the larger is usually not in the tentacles, except when particularly scared or at night.

See I thought that too! But its been three days since moving there and no burns no nothing. I wonder why? They touch a lot daily also.
