so we took everyones advice about getting a bigger tank! we went on craigslist and found someone who wants to downsize their tank and is willing to trade their 90 gallon for our 55 gallon! we should be doing that monday! then we start the process of setting that tank up! wish us luck!

 welcome to 3reef .I agree with the others as I had 55 gal and creating a nice scape was a bit of a challenge, plus once things start rockin you will wish you had more room.glad you are both into the hobby as it makes it more interesting,my wife wasn't really into in the beginning, however she is now hooked and throws out some impressive reef lingo sometimes. And yes bowfronts rock as I now have a 72 bow and am very happy with it.

EDIT. Good luck with your 90 gallon adventure.

90 is a wonderful number of gallons.

Congrats, very excited to see the old and even more to see the new.

Jandrew.. That's like Bennifer or Brangelina!!

Welcome to the show! Take their advice and get a 75. In the long run it will save you time and frustration. I just finished moving up from a 55 to a 75 for the above reasons.

edit: I didn't notice there was a page 2 on this! Good choice w/ the 90gal
