Can some one give me a break down of dosing with kalk. Right now in a milk jug I mixed up water and a tsp of kalk and I'm letting it settle. My calcium is between 360-380. What do I do from this point?

I mix mine into my topoff water. It's in a 32 gallon trash can.
If you do it in a jug make sure you skim off the crusty top and use the clear middle part of the water.

so from what I understand I can just use the kalk in my top off water. I have a 5 gallon container for my top off so according to the directions I should have 5 teaspoons of kalk to the top off. Is this correct?

You can do it in topoff, but since your evaporation rates may change over the course of the year you might have to change how much you put in to keep up with demand. Starting with 1tsp per gallon is usually a good starting point, I personally started with less to be sure I wasn't adding too much, then adjusted with 2 part while I figured out how much I actually needed per gallon of topoff water.
Also when using kalk in topoff be aware it can damage some pumps long term and can clog up the outlet of the topoff tube so keep and eye on it and keep it clean.
