So I have a reef keeper lite with the float switch and was thinking about dosing kalkwasser in collaboration with an aqualifter pump controlled by my RKL.
    Is this a good idea?
Anyone else doing this or something similar?
    Ideas are welcomed.

Generally not good since evaporation varies and therefore your kalk dose will be inconsistent.

You can still use an aqualifter to dose just do it on a schedule.

Thanks 2 in10, I'm still trying to understand the RKL though.
I'm thinking about setting the aqualifter to come on for 15 seconds 2 times daily and see if that works out. I don't have much coral and I have a ca reactor working 24/7 pH stable at 8.1 with the reactor.
