    and has placed a line of a narcotic based substance along the back of a confectionary donkey that Miss Pugh had recently returned from a Spanish holiday with

    A police spokesperson was reported as saying

    We arrived just as "The Rock, was about to lay the smack down on Miss Ruby Pugh's candy ass"
