    Just want to thank everyone for all the kind things you post as (karma) and in the open forum. I don't always go in and see the remarks but have been trying to be more diligent. As a coach, I strive to help my students and get them to see and develop their potential. I appreciate it when I see them learn, grow and become a better athlete because of the coaching and putting my advice in to practice. Likewise, if through my advice and experience, a fellow forum member is helped, I appreciate the kind feed back. Thanks.
