She's swims around great but I've yet to see her even so much as pick at the LR or sand. I got a response from SWF.com and was told that...."The fish looks fine as is" Is it me or is she skinny? Anyways all's I can do is hope she starts eating something :)

Thanks Vinny :) their answer is its got the 15 day guarantee. My other worry is if she passes over night there's no way I'll be able to find her. What with the bristle worms doing their job. Then I'm SOL :(

Sucks nana, thats why I use LA and DD, no questions asked AT ALL. I hope ya get a good resolution by the fish making it, if not and they're not playing nice, I'd call your CC company if they give ya any hassle and then file a complaint with the BBB.

I'm sorry you got a fish in that condition. I hope she pulls through, but usually when mandarins are that malnourished, they can't be brought back. I bet she wasn't eating prepared at the location but they sent her out anyways.

    Good luck!

If the fish does perish...this "thread" and as Vinny stated, the mention of being a member of such a large reef forum /community should be enough..sans corpus delicti.
    still sux though. : (
