    I am looking for a good garlic product and a copepod product to start a culture. I added copepods to my fuge already but would like to boost it with more, to get the culture going.

    Also, I have read reviews saying that the Kent Marine Garlic is really good, but I was just wondering if someone was using something else.

    If you have any substitutes for these lemme know! Thanks

    It is a dry heat, yeah right !
    I like Rods food, it is frozen and has garlic, selcon, broccoli, carrots and about 10 other things all sea food meats and marine algaes. Started using it about 5 months ago and was extremely happy with the result. Fish, lps, soft, and acros love it.
