Ok. I using bright well nano code a and b. I am about to run out so I went to my (crappy) lfs. The only two part they had was the Kent nano. The bright well has a dkh of 1.67 per ml per gallon.

Does anyone know about the Kent? I want to know how much I should add daily to maintain my dkh while I'm gone for a week.

Let me rephrase that. Does any one know how much 1mL per 1 gallon will increase the alk?

The thing is I will be out of town for a week. We are having a pet sitter maintain the tank to make sure I don't have any alk swings or anything. I have just never used this product and this was all I could get in short notice. So does anyone else know? I can't seem to find much info.....

Ok if I put .25 mL of part b in a quart of rodi then measure dkh and multiply by 4, will this give me raise in dkh per ml per gallon?

It is a dry heat, yeah right !
I will look for the answer, but I sure would not let a pet sitter dose the tank for a week. You are much better off doing a decent water change the day before you leave and no dosing while your gone, it's only one week, the corals are not that large and it should be fine.

PM m2434, Steve or 2in10 or Dingo, they can probably help you out by reviewing kent's site on the product.

No it will give you 4 times what 1ml will raise the dKH in a gallon of water if you multiply by 4. If you take the dKH measure you will be getting your answer for 1ml added to 1 gallon.

So if I do that do I have to put part A as well? Or will .2 part b in 1/4 gal give me the answer I want?

If you want to raise alk dose only the part B until you reach the level you want then do maintenance dosing from there. Dose part A as needed to maintain your Ca.
