    Anyone here use Kent Zoe? I was placing a couple drops on the Omega 1 flakes with garlic before I fed for about a week and it seemed to trigger a huge algae outbreak. I stopped using at and now everything is back to normal. Just wondering if anyone else had similar experience?

    I have not used that particular product

    but I do know that liquid food supplements , can and do create additional nutrients
    that will fuel algaes etc

    this goes for a large percentage of the ones I have used
    which do include Kent products and product by other companies

    with liquid food supplements , 1 company states on its product, do not exceed 5mls per 50 gallons of any liquid supplement in any 1 day

    some other companies do not state this
    and Im sure a few people will be adding 5ml of product A and 5ml of product B etc
    trying to give a broad range of liquid supplements to a tank and if the bacteria are not developed at the numbers to deal with this influx of nutrients, then algae will benefit from them
