Kenya Tree Stinging Monti???

Dont worry, soon yours will grow just as tall.
I bought mine as a 1 frag about six months ago. No bigger than 2inches.
they are very pretty swaying in the current. Just be carefull where you place it.
That was my problem. I didnt like where i placed it, then removed it and placed it in different places. Not knowing that i didnt get it all off the rocks. So now i have 2 big mother colonys, and about 6 2inch frags scattered all over my live rock. I will post a 4 you tommorow when they open up. Its 3am and i just got off work, all lights are off and they are tucked away sleeping.

 

My tree made my Orange Monti look like a leper with the white spot's. I would move it if I were you. Or if you see white spot's on the Monti. Guess I posted way to late to help. Killer Monti though.

 

I started with a piece the size of my little fingernail. Now it's the size of a softball. Drops limbs left and right now I have several other frags and I've given many pieces away. Pretty coral but gets annoying after a while. I don't want to flush them but I don't want a Kenya forest as well.

 

I once had a green bali slime frag close to one of my monti's.. The monti never looked very good until I think it was Otty told me to try moving the frag of bali slimer away from it... As soon as I did the monti's growth double in about 2 months....
