I heard there quite easy to keep , so i got one yesterday. For my 5 month old tank. I have it at the bottom of my tank with little flow. Kinda drooping over a little today.

I believe they eat mostly plankon?

I got Kent Marine- PhytoMax. Anyone every use it? I just add a drop to some water then dump it in the tank? or can i just drop a drop in a fast current area.

Will my filter effect the amount of plankton in my tank?

Any expierenced help would be greatly appreciated!

They eat plankton but they eat zooplankton not phytoplankton. If you haven't opened the bottle ask if you can exchange it for Kent Zoo-max which is their dead zooplankton mixture. (They also feed off of photosysthesis, bacterioplankton, and Dissolved Organic Materials)
