Went over to a fellow reefer's house last night, and I added 6 new species of SPS to my tank. One of them being the highly coveted Tyree Purple Monster...he gave me one that is about 1/2" long with 3 sprouts...i cannot wait for this thing to grow out..;D

Beautiful! Love all the color. And your orange shoulder tang - my favorite!

Here are 3 pics of new SPSs glued down today :) The pinkish/red and green "Christmas Acro" could be my new favorite...

Got 2 pieces of rock today...I've decided i'm going to add to the front of the center island to move it to the front of the tank (leaving room to scrape algae), that way when they corals grow it will be almost a centerpiece instead of an island wall. I'm thinking it will provide a depth look to my tank....What do you guys think?

lol, why is that? I had about 100lbs more rock in there at 1 time but it was lace rock and gave me a GHA NIGHTMARE...I'm going with Fiji...and i only need a little bit more, just enough to affix frags to... then the corals will become rock-like fixtures as they grow up.

I have about 200 pounds of LR in my 125...... I figured if I took some out it might look less cluttered.

Oh yeh...thats a lot of rock...I like giving my fish plenty of room to swim and do their thing without dodging rocks :)
