Kevin's 265G Reef **New Wrasse 5/10!**

I'm with ya, I think I have to take some rock out as well even though I love the look (100#'s in a 54 corner) lol

 

This is my friend Dave's tank (the one that hooks me up with my sps frags) His display is 350G....he only has like MAYBE 50lbs of actual rock in that display tank...the rest were coral, and as they grew they die a little underneath creating awesome "rock-work"....I've seen his Imperator bite of and eat 1/2" pieces of coral..lol but with the growth in his tank u cant even notice.

 

MEh, i guess that tank is ok if you like sps /sarcasticshrug

 

the sps coral in the middle of your friend's tanks is nice

 

Yeh that pic is a few months old...it actually is bigger than that now...it was growing out of the water...he gave me a 4" frag of it...hoping it likes my tank as much as it does his

 

just caught up on the last ten or so pages, epic tank. It really looks great. I would love an achilles tang, but six may be a bit much, so do it.

 

Thanks....and i think i am just crazy enough to try an Achilles when Divers Den gets one, and i'm fast enough to buy it..lol

 

finished adding live rock to the middle island of my tank...i'll continue to add frags all over the place to get a nice diverse, colorful reef when they grow out....the last pic is one of my cleaner shrimp at work.

 

Just ordered the JBJ wave maker system (the 1600gphx2 one) I am gonna use this as top flow over the reef....these will compliment my Hydor Koralia Mag 8, Mag 7, and 2 Evo 500's....I can never have to much flow, My SPSs are gonna be even happier
