LOL Correction....Salt JUST came via UPS....8:30PM...wow....The plan is to make the initial water for cycling and first water changes with the Instant Ocean while nothing is really in the tank...and then once the inhabitants are fully moved over, it will be reef crystals from then on ;D

    Pics!

We got the BEAST in the new house yesterday! I have really been able to do much because we are still un-packing and stuff. But we just got internet and wanted to share some pics...I did rip out the old lights and am laquering the inside of the canopy (like a crazy man!) Why it was never done is beyond me. I have a lotof work ahead of me...new bulkheads will be here tomorrow, then I will have to make up a plan for the plumbing...never did that before sooo cross you fingers and if you have any pointers please share! Please excuse the mess in the background we JUST moved in Saturday and Sunday

That was the plan...but the stand wont take stain...it would mean sanding the whole thing down to the bare wood again...the stand has a gloss coat on it...i'm thinking paint may be in order...i'm pretty good at painting so we shall see what I decide :)
