    Have you had any problems with you pistol shrimp messing with your clams? A while back someone once told me that pistol shrimp will kill clams if they are on the sand bed. I really want to add a pistol/goby pair off of DD to my tank but I already have a Derasa on my sand bed.

    nope i havent had any trouble and my pistol shrimp is HUGE...like 2"...any bigger and "shrimp" isnt gonna be the term....i only see him like three times a year tho...i hear him every night as my lights are dimming tho.
