Got my chaeto and mangroves from John at reefcleaners.org today....custom made that mangrove holder in about...10seconds? lol I had that tube laying around, so i stabbed holes with a knife big enough to put the mangroves thru, then i stabbed 2 little holes in the back and put 2 suction cups in it and stuck it to the side...lol I plan on moving the light up above a bit...but for now i just wanted to get everything under light

Hey Kevin, sorry to hijack but I'm in a similar situation that you where in a week or so ago... My angel has ich. I'm defiantly not going to pull him out because I know that'll make it worse, but can you give me any advice on how to treat it in the tank? He's eating mysis soaked in garlic. Is there much more I can do? How long does it usually take them to fight it off? My other fish are safe right?

    Sorry again.

Pump line is all plumbed up and locklined into the tank...ready to plumb the drain side once the box gets here! I think it must be getting delivered by pony express..

Plumbing these things gets easier with practice. I remember about 10 years ago trying to plumb stuff up lol.......

Ya sure it's ich? Recently add a fish or something?

Especially if it's Ich, no, your other fich are not safe.

Interestingly though, some fish are less susceptable, and even immune to it.

Read up again on the life cycle of Ich, treatments, etc.
Unless your fish is already so weak it may die anyways, I'd say go with a HT and copper.

Well we are all plumbed and running. Pictures 2 and 5 show the extra drain i put in for water changes...all i have to do is turn the valves and it will make the water come out the 2nd drain into a rubbermaid (when i put a rubbermaid under it)...The supply line is the 1/2" the drain is the 1"
