    the only concern I have is that of settlement of the home it self- I am in an area that heaves and ho's quite a bit due to the seasons, and greatly effect what is considered "level"- you might want to consider this - if you already haven't. I used a cantilever/button rivet system to maintain a level system.

    I live in a house that was built 160 years ago. I think its well settled

    well donkey I wasnt really refering to your home itself, but rather the ground it sits upon - should have been more clear. If you are stable year round- great, I just thought I would mention it because it was a problem for me during my 165 gallon build- what was level spring time, wasn't come winter time, when the ground froze.
