All is well in my frag tank but when it comes to my KH........it's through the roof. The testing manual only goes to 12 drops which is equal to 214.8ppm and I have to put in 17 drops in. This is using the API test kit BTW. Now, I know this is really high, but what can I do to lower it?

A Calcium Reactor? I would guess not then. If you were then you may be putting too much CO2 in your tank.

Becareful with that, I used to use that and almost overdosed with it and almost lost some corals. I like to keep my Cal level between 400-440ppm

You know what! Your not the first personto tell me that. I've actually been dosing it way lower than what is recommended. It'll take longer but atleast I have more control over it.
