    yup horses can be pretty dangerous, ive had multiple injuries from them, but im still riding after 10 years :D just shows how powerful they are

    hope your mom gets that stitched up, and gets back to taking care of the horses :D best of wishes :D

    Yea those were taken in the ER she got 6 external stiches and quite a few interal ones as well . She spent one day in bed and then she was up and about lol even went bowling on Tuesday ! She's really a glutton for punishment ... Few years ago she had her acl torn and has a scar under her other eye from being thrown >,< ... she didn't even want to go to the ER on that one lol

    Sorry for your mom's injuries.

    Yeah a kick from a horse can be fatal. My uncle was kicked in the chest a few weeks back broke 3 ribs and it pulverized his liver. He had to recieve nearly his whole volume in blood and still died.

    So glad your mom's aren't that bad.

    I ,fourtunately have never been kicked by one.
