I have had a few little Medusa's show up on my glass for a while now. I guess that is the name for the lil jelly fish. Any way Just for this post I set and counted 37 on my front glass. How can I get rid of these lil guy's and are they a threat to anything. I recently lost all my fish to what was either Ick or Velvet. Could these thing's have done something like that? I want to get rid of them even if they are harmless. And they are getting good sized and becoming a bother. Thank's
    Danny

Whatever they are, thats ALOT.. !!
Are they clear/whiteish, with a split in the back.. If so they may be white flatworms, which are harmless, they will even eat the bad flatworms.. I have a few now and then.
I use a turkey baster to suck them off the glass and remove them..
But then again you may have something else.. Use a turkey baster, remove all you can, and see if that doesn't get rid of them..
    IF that's what they are..

    Good Luck, Larry

If they are hydroids, I have been told that they will just go away over time. I have them too, and about a week ago there were tons all over the glass, now there are only a few.

    Hi Danny

had them in most of my tanks in early days of set up - maybe up to 3 months and then they seem to just fade away
