    Hard to say on the first pic w/o a better picture. I think the second picture is of hydroids.

    Mine are tiny as well When I took the picture I was surprised how close they came out in the image. I want to be sure what they are before I Kill them.

    I was kinda thinking that too because the stems didn't look right.

    What are Hydroids are they good or bad?

    I kind of want to leave mine until they get bigger so that I can be sure. I was so proud of my random polyps :(

    One good thing is that mine are on a small jutting piece of my rock so I can easily knock that spot off and move on if need be.

    I came into the hobby with the mentality that if it came from a reef it can be in my tank.....barring anemones and nudis (super detrimental items in other words.)
