    Keep it simple

    Adding aptasia x or any other treatments will fix your problem but may cause others. Lucky for you there are no other corals on the rock. Just fresh water it for a few minuites till you see the aptasia dying or falling off. Dont try to reinvent the wheel just fix the problem.

    1 tank i have peppermint shrimp and no aiptasia ,the other tank also has peppermint and has aptasia ,they are hit and miss,i mix kalkwasser and water and inject the little buggers with a syringe it keeps them under control but they are a pain in the butt
