Kind of snail??

    I'm going to say it some type of whelk too. You might want to keep an eye on it as most are predatory and hunt other snails or bi valves.

    Yes, it's technically a whelk, same genus as the Bumblebee Snails (Engina). They will eat tiny animals, potentially including tiny vermetids and other small snails, and maybe your featherdusters. Other than that, at single specimen won't cause much problem in your tank (and no more problem than the normal Bumblebee snails).
