well i have a pretty big order of fish, inverts, plants coming fri totaling 108 items, some of them are my gf thingers but most are mine lol ( she cant have more fun then me after all :) ). id like to QT them because they are all wild caught but so many things in 1 tank doesnt seem like a great idea.
now not all of my fish and stuff are for 1 tank so dont yell at me for stocking tooo quickly i know about the biological balance.

my semi list of incoming things :

    afew types of sponges
    some plants
    snails/hermits
3 pearly jawfish(1 for me,1 for my gf thinger ,1 for her friend)
1 queen angel(for my gf thinger)
    1 sargasum frogfish (sp)
    1 black cap basslet
2 mated pair neon gobys ( 1 for me 1 for my gf thinger)
    1 cow fish
    afew star fish
1 hairy blenny (for the gf thinger)
    2 cowrys
    and a long spined urchin

most of the stuff is crabs and snails and stars... they dont worry me so much but the frog fish and angle are the top worrys ... any ideas ???

lol the frogfish is amazing looking, i loved mine! as far as putting in tanks, dont put the frog fish in with anything smaller than it! it would be gone the next day.

ok i bought a 40 gallon breeder today and set it up with 2 hob filters and my spare taam rio skimmer. i filled it half way with water from my 55 gallon tank and the rest with fresh water made afew days ago. plopped a my spare heater in and a koralia 2 .i have some fake decorations i think ill put in aswell and a few pieces of my lr from my other tanks.

now the question is whats the best way to do this, about 1/3 of the order goes to my gf thinger who lives about 45 min away. should i switch out some h2o in thier bags and bring them over, aclimate them to my tank so they are in new water with more o2... just leave them be floating in my tank and bring them the way they were shipped?
