Kitty love

Getting ready to start this icy/snowy day and I am in the bathroom brushing the old pearly whites and I can’t help but notice my new little kitten spazing out behind me. I turn to look at her and this tiny little fur-ball is freaking out after something on the tile floor. So I turn all the way to study her, but she stops and stares at the floor. I give up and back to the chompers and away she goes in a flurry of kitten furry, again turn to watch and she stops ! aarrghh ! what is it she is after ? I inspect and nothing ! After several more attempts to find her morning delight I find myself utterly frustrated with her foolery. I turn back to the mirror and watch her as she freaks again via the mirror this time (incase she’s bathroom shy ! lol – I kill me) sure enough I see it, the little bugger is hot on my shadow and relentless at that. I got a good chuckle out of it and had to share. I turn to walk out and she runs up the shadow and clings to my leg ! scales me to my shoulder and meow’s a good morning hello in my ear --- I have had cats before, but this little bugger is something else. Apparently I am now a 6 foot tall scratching post….god help me !

If my urchin’s not poking me into sever knuckle pain the kitten is going to be scaling me – having two dogs I think I am going to wear a cup from now on !

The climbing wasn’t bad as her nails were mostly into my clothing and she scaled quickly – but it was the initial pounce that left marks in my leg. She lunged at my at no less then the speed of sound, taking my cafe hostage at nail point. She scurried up my body so fast it was a kitten on a mission – it was almost as if she had/has her own secret stash of kitty nip and she had a few tok’s this morning.

She is as cute as the day is long, and ever since college ended these are some mighty long days my friend…..

LMAO aweee poor kitty baby My Husband tried to give our Abby a bath saying she needs one, all cat/dogs need one. So now she is known as PK kitty and he never gave her a bath again LOL (He brought her into the shower with him.)

 

kittens are so cute! i remember when mine was a kitten. he followed me all over , he would even jump into the shower with me. i had to keep putting him out, ( i worried about the soap) i would put him out of the shower and tell him your a kitty cat, kitty cats dont get showers.
he also learned to open doors, and has no manners, just barged in. i had the lever handles and he would reach up and pull it and open the door. well there are times you dont want the door opened. lol so i changed all the handles to knobs. now he puts both paws on the knob and wiggles it back and forth trying to open it. if he gets it open i will be floored!

 

Nothing like a good shot to the jewels from our furry friend.;D
