    OK since the Otty man couldn't help last night I decided to tear apart my old filter assembly to save some fittings and sent it to the trash. I'm going to switch from the cheap (but effective) Rubbermaid containers to a 55 gallon tank. One thing I didn't like with the Rubbermaid stuff is you can't see in it. I like to be able to see into the fuge. Oh and another thing is the flexing you get with them. I was afraid eventually they would fail...

    Got my new RO/DI in from Air Water Ice and let me say this thing puts out some water. Haven't tested for TDS yet becasue it needs to flush but it should be done with that tonight. Going to soak the rock in RO water and baking soda tonight and in 3 days it should be ready to dry out...

    One step closer Kris, keep it up!! Who is that stud in the picture laying next to the tank??? What is the plan from here? I'm gonna try to sneak out to the woods here in a minute, see how the morels are doin.

    I think the plan tonight is going to be to clean up the old filter stuff and get in back in usable form, paint the tank, get the rock soaking in RO/DI and baking soda, maybe wire up the new MH and VHO's... who knows how much I'll get done... hopefully get it all done.

    Well I just spoke with the folks at marine depot and they said I've got 3 large packages out for delivery so it looks like I'll be wiring lights tonight!

    You know you're an addict when the Marine Depot guy asks "what did you order man?" ;D
