    Monday morning update... ;D

Scott and I ran up to Premium Aquatics this weekend. When he showed up at the door he was bearing gifts. He gave me a monti frag and two frags of green star polyps. Karma to you buddy!!!

While up at PA I got two additional frags of acros and picked up 60 more nass. snails.

We also stopped by Uncle Bill's new fish room in Greenwood. I'm not a real big fan of Uncle Bill's because their tanks usually look horrible but I was really surprised at how nice and clean everything looked. The fish looked really healthy. I picked up a small to medium sized Naso tang.

So far so good on getting everything acclimated, everything I'm keeping out of the QT tank is in the 180 now.

I hate to ask this question but are you putting the frags from PA into a quarantine tank?

You caught me. :( I didn't QT the acros...

I just came home and put them in. After Scott took off I sent him a text saying "I wish I would have QT'd those things"
Hopefully this minor oversight doesn't kill the deal so to speak.

Man I wish you wouldn't have asked this becasue now I don't want to ask the question I was going to... but it needs asked...

The last piece of coral I have in QT are some bright orange zoa's. I moved them to the display last night and as soon as I put them in the sand what do I see growing off of the rock. FREAKING BRYOPSIS!!!!!!!!!!!!! I looked the rock over pretty well before putting it in the display but didn't see any.

after seeing some I quickly removed them and plopped them back in the QT tank. I really want to keep these zoa's but I don't feel comfortabe putting that rock in the display even if I scrape all of the bryopsis off of the rock.

Do you guys think it would be safe to scrape the zoa's off of the rock they're on and just attach them to a piece of base rock I have?
