Cool. I just pop out a frozen cube, slice a few thin pieces off and thaw a bit with some aquarium water in a shot glass for about 10 seconds first. Good luck!

Well as soon as I got back from the LFS I think I lost him. I haven't seen the Kole in a couple of days and a fish that big just doesn't disappear. Man I haven't been having luck with fish lately.
I had my Midas Blenny jump and now this.

Sorry to hear about the fish Jason :(

I might get flamed for this but I have been able to keep finicky tangs eating until they adjust to "regular" fish food by feeding both broccolli and romaine lettuce.

Being there is absolutly ZERO CB tangs, I would guess wild ;) There's barely any broadcast spawners being done for our hobby (and what there are cost major $$$), some larval catchment, but no CB of them.

Jason, they (HI Kole's) tend to get handled in mass, and starved, prior to the LFS getting them. I've had a tough time with them in the last few years, I suspect poor collection/holding practices abroad (HI) since mine were direct from the collector. Real hit or miss. I'd only buy ones that you can watch eat prepared foods at the LFS and have a bunch of meat on their bones :D

    Thanks Gresham,
I'm wondering if I even need a "Big" fish in my tank.
Is there any fish other than the Damsel family that you would recommend. Something that is not over caught, handled well, Travel well and could be a center piece for my 75G SPS tank?
