I know we have talked about this fish before but I just want to make sure its a good choice. Read on divers den that they are reef safe as long as you keep them fed. To those of you that have one what are you feeding and is he a happy camper?

One problem with omnivores is they get a bad rep for picking on coral when they're not given the proper diet. Put some dried algae on a clip and provide a variety of meaty foods and most tangs and pigmy angels will be reef-safe.

I usually start with a SW angelfish blend then add clam, squid, krill, mysis, and bloodworms. Thaw a couple blocks of each, mix it together, then refreeze in a small container.

Depending on ur budget rods food is great for tangs they have a herbivore blend that is gret for tangs.my fish love it.buy a small pack aand see how your fish like it you can also buy a bunch of frozen packs of all kinds of foods and meltt mix and refreeze in ice cube trays.if you go with the later choich concider adding something like selcon and garlic boost and possibly one of thhe algae soaks aswell
