    If the Evo 550 is running contact Hydor Customer Service for a free kit to repair it, its covered under warranty.
    You are probably missing the small rubber bumper stop in the grille or the bushing has slipped on the shaft, both are covered. They should not run backwards, that's why they are so good on controllers and timers.
