Koralia Evo Problems..

So ive had my Koralia Evo 1400's for about 6 months and both have broke.Propeller broke the front on one and magnet split in several places and the other was clicking and finally would not turn and magnet is also starting to split. What is the best way to fix these or does anyone have a way to fix them without contacting Hydor? Hydor has been of no help answering my emails.

Hydor will send you replacement covers free of charge. I've had them send me replacements on two separate occasions. Have you waited long enough for a response? I've found them to be quite responsive.

Thanks. Ive waited over a week now so ill probably just send another email and give them another week. Hopefully i can get these two k's working again.

 

I had one of mine fry. Took me a couple days to figure out what the smell was.

 

I emailed Hydor Customer Service on their website and within a week a new cover was sitting in my mailbox. I never got any return emails but the got mine and responded quickly.
