    Forum:

I have owned several koralia evolution 750 which had worked flawlessly for over a year and a half. Last week during a power surge we noticed they had stopped working. We cleaned by running in water and vinegar for a few days and replaced, however now they are sporadically stopping.

My question is would replacing the impeller correct the problem? Or will we need to replace the entire power head? Also do they have any warranty?

    Appreciate the feed back

Have your removed the spinning wheel and magnet and cleaned them of any built up calcification and collected debris?

Must be that time of year, one of mine did the same thing.

Amazon has replacements for around $15-18.

Oh yea that is the issue.

Guess a replacement is in order. Swap out parts from one to the other.

Koralia Evolutions have a 2 year warranty but I have never seen them ask for proof.

Keep an eye on the front cover as well. If it becomes damaged or breaks, that will either stop your pump completly or cause it to run backwards. Both has happened to me.

+1 on their customer service, I called them up and they sent me replacement parts right away!
