    For a 33g should i get 2 K-nanos at 240 gph
or one K-nano2 at 425 gph

I also have my return for my uv seralizer and the back pack skimmer for flow.

I.E. how much flow is too much flow???

    I would get atleast 2 425 koralias.

No such thing as to much flow. You want random flow. As long as a jet isn't an inch away from an LPS your fine. What do you plan on keeping?

Some people will say you could never have enough flow... lol. It all honestly depends on what you plan on keeping in the tank. I personally would opt for 2, of the 425's
