    Ive had a medium sized koran for 3 weeks now and he/she has been very active; eating great....both frozed angel formula, frozen brine, and caulerpa from my Fuge; Noticed today that one eye is foggy and that same fin is frayed;
    Other fish 1/3 his size are percula and strawberry dotty back
    no levels in the tank
    80 gallon fish with 100lbs live rock, 10 gallon fuge, Aqua C 120 skimmer, and thats about it;

    any thoughts?????

    I would check you water first off.
    Sounds like a bacterial infection. there are mainly treatments available at your LFS but many will kill of your LR biofiltration. Best to treat the fish in a Q-Tank.

    the alternative is to see if it clears on it's own. Make sure your water is perfect and monitor the fish very closely

    i dont know if this will help at all but i had a fish once with a foggy eye. it went away all on its own. in a couple weeks. the best explanation i could ever think of is he/she scratched it. good luck
