My Korean Angelfish has spots on him where his black has gone to a pale tan color he did this once before i changed his diet and added more sponge to it and it cleared right up. I have been feeding him maybe to much fish and krill lately and should stick strictly to an angelfish diet?? Water quality is top notch so is food but like i said maybe just the angelfish food should be given to him but i thought some krill and silvers would go good for varaity. Any help would be apriciated i will include some photos of him.

they do like meaty foods. so not sure that would be it. but giving him the angel formula wouldnt hurt at all. this is just to throw it out there , as i have no experience with one of these guys. is it possible hes gettin its adult colors and markings? just a thought , and most likely wrong. lol but i try.

I would put more of the angel diet in there for him. Also have you tried dried seaweed on a clip. The juvis will usually eat it, and it should help with coloring. How big is it, and how old?

He is roughly 5 months old and not maturing yet and when agelfish mature and change color its very graduel and this was almost overnight but thank you. Ill try the sea weed and give him almost strickly a angelfish specialty diet. He is still eating well and displaying normal behavior. Thank you very much for your replys.

I've lost two koreans, my second one had markings like this. Nothing i did helped, eventually he passed. I can only suggest keep the diet varied and the water top notch.
