I've heard of lots of people using it but I've also heard some reports of it flaking and chipping over time. Not that it's bad except for aesthetics.

i used it for my eggcrate top. at the time i did a lot of forum cruising and it seemed like everyone came to the same conclusion that it is reefsafe. i feel that it was safe enough to use for a top (in case of splashing, saltcreep, eventual flaking). however, i'm still a little squeamish about putting paint purposely in my tank. i'm overprotective. that being said, i know a number of people who do use it to paint pvc structure or in tank frag racks and the like. they say there's no harm in it.

the can says it is fully chip resistant in 7 days. what that tells me is that it is still curing for that amount of time. again to play it safe, i would not stick it in my tank until the 7 days are up, just in case you scratch or chip it against anything in your tank and risk leaching toxins.

I say it's definitely totally reef safe if you let it dry 7 days.
